New Class Starts February Monday's TRX 8:00am w/Lisa G New Workshop Strength & Balance Begins February 12th Monday's & Wednesday's at 10:30am w/ Lisa G Build balance, core strength and functionality with equipment that mimics a variety of different outdoor sports such as the Indo Board, surfset, Bosu, TRX & Rip Trainer. Welcome Caughlin Athletic Club would like to welcome personal trainer and instructor Lisa Gonzalez to our team! Lisa uses a variety of equipment such as rip trainer, bosu, indo board, and surfset to help build stamina, overall strength, confidence, and balance, and has worked with special populations (injured, post-rehab, stroke including obese and disabled as well as the seasoned athlete).
