Caughlin Athletic Club would like to welcome personal trainer Dayna Rodgers to the Club!

Dayna Rodgers is a mother of 3, ACE-certified Personal Trainer, that has been a fitness professional for over 30 years. She started her career in the 1980’s and in 1984 competed in her 1st bodybuilding contest. Fitness is Dayna’s true calling and she is passionate about helping others meet their fitness goals. She is seasoned in all aspects of fitness:

Fitness is a part of Dyna’s everyday life and she finds balanced nutrition and rest is a must when she partakes in physical activity. She lifts weights, high intensity workouts, yoga, stretching, mountain, road and stationary bikes, jogs and hikes.
