Caughlin Athletic Club would like to welcome personal trainer and instructor Lisa Gonzalez to our team! Lisa uses a variety of equipment such as rip trainer, bosu, indo board, and surfset to help build stamina, overall strength, confidence, and balance, and has worked with special populations (injured, post-rehab, stroke including obese and disabled as well as the seasoned athlete).
