This class emphasis is on postural foundation and alignment of the body. A perfect class for the novice, the pregnant mom or anyone who would like a beginning approach to yoga.

Parents Night Out

We are considering offering a “PARENTS NIGHT OUT” one Friday per month.
Time would be 5:45pm – 9:00pm and would cost:
1 child – 10.00 p/h
2 children – 12.50 p/h
3 children – 15.00 p/h

Reservations would need to be made in advance and would start in December.
